A cottage was recorded here as part of a desktop survey for the Resolis Water Main Renewal Project (NH 536 070 - centred). It was reported in 2001 that the cottage was to be demolished. It is rubble built with a slate roof, with adjoining buildings rubble built with corrugated iron roofs.
