A building was recorded at this site during an archaeological desktop survey for the Resolis Water Mains Renewal Project. It is marked as roofed on the 1st and 2nd edition OS maps of 1880 and 1907 respectively. It is not marked on the OS map of 1992. The building is roofed on an aerial photograph of 1946 and partly roofed on aerial photographs of 1954, 1969 and 1973.
