A building was recorded at this site during an archaeological desktop survey for the Resolis Water Mains Renewal Project. It is marked as a roofed building on the 1st and 2nd edition OS maps of 1880 and 1907. It is not marked on the 1992 OS map or the latest edition. An L-shaped building is visible on aerial photographs of 1946 and 1954. It is visible as an area of undergrowth on an aerial photograph of 1973.
