A building was recorded at this site during an archaeological desktop survey for the Resolis Water Mains Renewal Project. It is marked as a roofed building on the 1st and 2nd edition OS maps of 1880 and 1907. It is marked on the latest OS map with no access. It is visible as being roofed on aerial photographs of 1946 and 1954. Aerial photographs of 1969 and 1973 show the building to have a corrugated iron roof.
