Full Description
Situated on the rear of the beach and N of the An Leth Allt are the remains of at least five boat nausts and two related structures. The larger and best preserved building (at NG 5817 4450) is stone-built and measures 9m N-S by 4.5m E-W over very broken walls. Between the above building and the sea there are the very badly degraded remains of a second structure. The five boat noosts are all stone-lined "U" shaped depressions measuring 4.5m by 2.0m internally.

Feature 31; Structure. Located just above the shore line, north of the An Leth Allt, are the remains of a sub-rectangular structure, lying on an east to west axis and measuring 7.7m by 3.5m. The walls are of dry stone, double faced with rubble infill construction and are 0.9m thick. The comers are rounded internally and externally. On the north wall an entrance 1.6m wide lies 3m from the north east corner. There is some tumble inside. • This structure is too close to the sea and the bum for a dwelling and is probably associated with marine activities. <2>
