This site was recorded during archaeological fieldwork and a desktop survey ahead of a proposed water mains renewal programme in the area. Three roofed buildings are depicted on the OS 1st edition map of the 1870s. By the 2nd edition of 1906, there is only 1 roofed building and 1 unroofed building. The latest OS map shows 1 unroofed building and a length of walling. A walkover of the site revealed the remains to be in a ploughed field, away from the pipeline route. Only a gabnle and chimney stack survives at the SW.
