This site was recorded during archaeological fieldwork and a desktop survey ahead of a proposed water mains renewal programme in the area. Two roofed rectangular buildings, with a small building to the rear, are depicted on the 1st edition OS map of the 1870s. The 2nd edition, of 1906, shows only a single, unroofed rectangular building. The latest OS map does not show any buildings. A walkover revealed large piles of rubble that may be building remains. Modern clearance material is also present at the site.
