Huna, 22nd March. `The THOMAS DRYDEN, Stanmers, from Shields to Dublin, got on shore near this place, yesterday, and has become a total wreck; crew saved.'

The classification, cargo and location of loss cited by Whittaker remain unverified. Huna is not noted as such on the 1999 edition of the OS 1:50,000 map, but the Ness of Huna is at ND 363 738.
