A probable dyke was recorded here during a detailed archaeological survey of Strathmashie Community Forest near Laggan, Highland. The survey was carried out to assess the evidence for past human use and to ascertain whether there was enough archaeology to develop a heritage trail in the forest. It exists today as a turf-covered bank, which runs for around 200m in a NE-SW direction. The bank is up to 1m in height and disappears when it enters the forest, which appears to have destroyed it.
