NN89SW 8 NN 849 934
A corn-drying kiln was recorded here by a field survey in the Upper Glen Feshie area in Highland by the North of Scotland Archaeological Society. The remains of the structure include a flue entrance, the kiln bowl and the footings of a barn structure.
NOSAS 2005
NN 849 934 Settlement. Site identified during an archaeological survey of Glen Feshie. A total of 27 settlements (or clusters of buildings) were recorded, with a total of 293 individual archaeological features.
The settlement comprises of 14 structures, corn drying kiln, 1 enclosure, 7 clearance cairns, 1 platform and a possible sheepfold / enclosure.
