This disused quarry is situated in rough pasture about 170m WSW of Langstane. Roughly circular on plan, it measures about 10m in diameter and has been dug into the gentle E-facing slope to a depth of over 1m. The entrance to the quarry is on the E , and from here a track extends SE for a distance of at least 22m.
