The remains of this rectangular building are situated within a dense scatter of grass-grown cairns on a SW-facing slope in rough pasture 160m NE of Toberaie farmsteading. The building measures 8.9m from NE to SW by 4.2m transversely over walls reduced to footings 0.6m in thickness and 0.2m in height, with a wide entrance midway along the SE side. The cairns measure up to about 4m in diameter.
