NG14NW 1 147 479.
At NG 147479, in a natural hollow near the top of Waterstein Head,at a height of 650ft OD., there is a group of about 18 ruined shielings.
They have been reduced to grass-covered mounds, but both single and double-cell types can be recognised. (Visible on RAF air photographs CPE/Scot/UK/175: 1298-9)
