Two buildings, one of them a cottage, are situated in rough pasture about 50m N of Allt na h-Airidhe. The cottage, which stands on the NE side of its square garden, measures 11.8m from NW to SE by 4.7m transversely over lime-mortared stone walls still standing to chimney height at the SE gable, but elsewhere reduced to a height of no more than 0.6m. There is an entrance in the SW side.
The other building (NJ 09519 26562), which lies about 20m NE of the cottage, measures 7.3m from NW to SE by 4.3m transversely over walls reduced to grass-grown footings 0.2m in height. There is a possible entrance towards the NW end of the SW side, and the NW gable has collapsed outward.
This cottage is depicted as roofed on both the 1st and 2nd editions of the OS 6-inch map (Elginshire1874, sheet xxxiii; 1905, sheet xxxiii NE); the second building is not shown on either map.
