(1) Fishing net area. 7 upright posts c 7m high within a fenced area c 80m by 30m. in use nets inside.
(2) 2 buildings. 1 beach hut with tools and fishing tackle inside. 6m by 4m.
1 garage or storage shed.
(3) Breakwater. 50m by 2m massive sandstone blocks
(4) Harbour. Sandy harbour with winch and rope for boats (good condition)
All in use and good/fair condition.
