A probable late C19 dwelling located at Hillview, Fraser Street. The building appears on both the 1st and 2nd edition OS Maps and so is dated, at latest, to 1883.
A photographic survey was undertaken under the conditions of a planning application to demolish an old coal shed, in August 2006. <1>
