Full Description
A post medieval dwelling, most likely a C18-C19 farm steading, called Fern Cottage at Janetstown. The building appears on the 1st edition OS Map and so is dated to, at latest, 1873.
A photographic survey was undertaken due to the conditions of a planning application by Donald Buchanan on the 10th of May 2006. <1>
