A late C19 to early C20 singular building possibly associated with farming activities. The building appears on the 2nd edition OS Map but not on the 1st edition OS Map and so dates somewhere between 1872-1906.
A photographic survey was undertaken to comply with a planning application by S. Dunnett. <1>
