Full Description

A sheepfold is depicted on the 1st edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map of 1877. <1>

A photographic record of part of this structure was submitted as a condition of planning permission for a new house. The structure is reported to be of dry stone construction, surviving to a height of approximately 1.2 metres. It is understood that it has not been used for at least 40 years. <2>
