At NG 4135 4826 on a rocky knoll are the mutilated remains of a dun. Oval on plan it measures c. 10.0m NW-SE by c. 8.0m transversely within a wall almost destroyed in the NE and surviving as a turf-covered bank of stones spread to c. 4.0m elsewhere. Several outer facing stones and one or two inner facing stones in the SE arc give a wall thickness of 2.8m. The entrance is not evident.
Immediately outside the NW arc is a small modern concrete platform. Visited by OS (I S S) 12 October 1971.
