Full Description
A sub-circular feature thought to be a corn-drying kiln was recorded during an archaeological survey by Highland Archaeology Services in 2006 for Scottish Water to the north of Laggan, near Newtonmore. The survey was undertaken in order to identify and record the nature and extent of any archaeological features likely to be affected by the burial of a water main pipeline. <1>
GIS spatial data amended in 2021 based on location of feature as seen on 2020 vertical aerial photographs. <2>
