Full Description

A possible hut circle at Torr a'Bhioda.

An archaeological survey of an area to be affected by the construction of a small hydro scheme on the Inverasdale Estate was carried out by C Dagg in 2008. This located a number of prehistoric and early modern settlement and cultivation features. A circular platform partly cut into the slope to the north and ringed with stones but truncated and probably robbed by the enclosure dyke (site 13) may be the remains of a hut circle. <1>

GIS spatial data amended in 2019 according to location of feature as seen on 1999-2001 vertical APs. <2>
