Full Description
Enclosure measuring 34 m E/W x 37 m externally. Bank defines S, E and N sides of large rectangle. Bank is max 2.4 m wide and 0.5 m high, turfed over with intermittent stones visible in fabric Interior slopes gradually to E at base of steep slope over relatively flat terrace. Featureless except for 2 possible clearance cairns. Along top (W) edge, break of slope defines side.
On steep slope and terrace below it. Ground falls away beyond (to E) to Loch Borralie. Under grass, with bracken over upslope (W) part.
Large enclosure for stock or cultivation.
Recommendations: Control bracken. <1><2>
