Full Description

Mortared stone piers of a former bridge were noted during a walkover survey in August 2008. The pier on the south bank of the stream is well-preserved, standing up to 2m, but the pier on the north bank is reduced to its foundation course, possibly by robbing for the newer bridge. <1>

This footbridge is first depicted on the 2nd edition Ordnance Survey map c.1905. <2>
