Full Description
NG26SE 16 258 639.
The buildings of this township are largely depicted on the current OS 6-inch map but they are not depicted in any way on the first and second editions of the Ordnance Survey maps of 1880 and 1904 (Island of Skye &c., Inverness-shire 1880, 1904, sheet v). Although a core area has been smoothed by recent agriculture a broad swathe of lazy-beds runs around the township, extending to the N. Within and to the N of the township core are a number of shieling-mounds composed of both turf and stone. Also within the township core is at least one possible hut-circle, overlain by a field-bank, and what may be a further lazy-bed.
