ND15NW 13427 59479
Situated on the N side and E end of Sinclair Street. Single storey cottage L-shaped in plan with four bays and a modern tiled roof and modern extension to rear.
The cottage is depicted as roofed on the 1st Edition OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1876, sheet xvii). The 2nd Edition of the OS 25-inch map (c.1900), depicts the building as a two compartment cottage.
