This milestone was not found on the date of visit. It is depicted standing on the SE verge of what is now the A836 public road on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Sutherlandshire 1878, sheet LIII). It indicated the distance in miles to ‘ALTNAHARROW 2½’ and ‘LAIRG 18½’.
