This milestone was not found on the date of visit. It is depicted standing on the E verge of what is now the A836 public road about 700m SSE of the Crask Inn on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Sutherlandshire 1878, sheet LXXIV). It indicated the distance in miles to ‘ALTNAHARROW 8½’ and ‘LAIRG 12½’.
