NH 6782 7094
An archaeological desk-based assessment and walk-over survey were carried out between November and December 2006 at Mossfield Croft, Invergordon, Ross and Cromarty. This was a pre-application survey carried out at the request of the planning officer. The site was found to be a former gravel quarry and there was no evidence of earlier activity.
Report to be lodged with Highland SMR and Library Service, and NMRS; archove to be deposited with RCAHMS.
