Full Description

RCAHMS Canmore description:
This possible still is situated on the NE bank of a gully formed by the Lovaig burn, 100m above sea level. It is built on raised ground 7m above the burn and measures 3.6m x 3m, with an opening in the E wall. The stone and turf walls stand to about 1m high and are overgrown with heather, moss and bracken. The ground in the centre of the building is soft down to 0.4m where a hard surface is reached.
