Wick [name: ND 362 508].
(Classified as Fishing Vessels: date of loss cited as 19 August 1848). Unknown: eighteen fishing boats have been wrecked at Wick.
(Location of loss cited as N58 26.33 W3 4.00).

The location assigned to this record is essentially arbitrary. These vessels evidently stranded, not necessarily at the same location. It remains unclear whether this occurred within or near Wick Harbour ((ND35SE 66.00: centred ND 36820 50670) or elsewhere in Wick Bay.
