The Haven [name centred ND 353 433].
(Classified as wooden schooner, in ballast: date of loss cited as 22 May 1901). Jane & Isabella: this vessel stranded North of Sarclet Head. Capt. Walker.
Registration: Peterhead. Built 1861. 91grt. Length: 23m. Beam: 6m.
(Location of loss cited as N58 22.50 W3 6.50).

The map sheet assigned to this record is essentially arbitrary, being derived from the unverified location of loss that is cited by Whittaker. The vessel may have stranded within the area of Sarclet Haven (The Haven) the only sandy area in this stretch of rocky coastline.
