Full Description
A group of attached probable C19-C20 structures - namely a steel shed, cottage, bothy, cart shed and barn - at Killiehuntly Farm. All of these buildings appear on the 1st Edition OS Map, so date, at the latest, to 1871. It should be noted from photographs, however, that the eastern-most structure (the steel shed) appears to be a modern build, and so possibly overlay an earlier structure contemporary with the other buildings.
The cottage, bothy, barn and cart shed consisted primarily of stone and mortar, with at least the majority of the south-facing cart shed wall consisting of wooden boarding. The steel shed is
