Full Description
A ruined post-medieval water mill, possibly of C18 or C19 construction. The mill appears, unlabelled, on the 1st Edition OS Map, and thus dates, at latest, to 1868. The map does features a sluice, drawing from the stream to the north, and an unlabelled mill pond to the north-north-east that, on the 1905 2nd Edition OS Map, is identified.
The building was subject to a photographic survey in 2010 as part of a condition on a planning application to convert the ruin into a house. <1>
