Full Description
A post-WWII boiler house at the Seabank Tank Farm, Invergordon.
The building was investigated in 2015 as part of the ARCH project 'Invergordon in World War I'. A large boiler house survives in the Seabank Tank Farm at this location. It is not on WWI plans or WWII aerial photographs, suggesting it is part of post WWII developments in the tank farm. Two of 3 boilers are intact, and have plaques dating them to 1955. There is an external tank to the east. <1>
