Full Description

A possible early C20 water intake valve at the Seabank Tank Farm, Invergordon.

The structure was investigated in 2015 as part of the ARCH project 'Invergordon in World War I'. A valve is visible at the top of one of the berms on the eastern side of the tank farm, on the top of outer berms. The landscaping of berms in the area dates from the 1930s or early in WWII. <1>
