Ard (Achatatoil)
These sites were recorded by NOSAS in 2008/9 as part of an archaeological survey of outer Loch Hourn.
Site 1371. A sheep fank shown on the current OS map, which stands to c.1.1m high x 0.5m wide. The walls are a single stone wide. There is an attached pen, measuring c.6m by 6.5m, which has walls c.1.5m high and c.0.8m wide at the base, tapering to c.0.75m at the top. <1>
