Full Description
NG51SE 3 5998 1250.
On a flat promontory 600m NE of Dun Scaich Castle (NG51SE 1), is possibly the site of a dun. All that is visible on the NE side is a part of walling 4m long, 0.5m high in 2 courses and part of a low grassy bank 0.5m high. (Grid reference of NG 5971 1220 given by Nicolson must be erroneous, 600m NE of castle gives a promontory at NG 5998 1250.) Visited by M A Nicolson 6 April 1990.
