Full Description
The Inverness Field Club, led by Donald Coghill, surveyed a number of sites in the Aird area between 1987 and 1989. Newton Hill. A short distance down from the public road and believed to be at the site of a former dwelling, three sides of what may have been a rectangular stone enclosure can be traced in the wood. <1>
A building single roofed building is depicted on the 1st edition 6 inch OS Map (Inverness), but does not appear on later editions. <2>
