Full Description

An oval of stones was recorded during an NTS pre-afforestation survey of Kintail and West Affric in 1997. It was c. 4m by c. 3m, c. 0.6m wide and c0.2m high, defining the edge of a rush-covered slight knoll besides an unnamed burn. This was likely to be a shieling hut but it was very ill-defined. About 12m to the W was another group of stones, though these may have been a natural flood deposit. <1>
