Full Description
A well built drystone sheepfold was recorded during an NTS pre-afforestation survey of Kintail and West Affric in 1997. It was c.18m square over walls c.0.8m wide and c.1.4m high capped with turves. It was repaired in the late 1990s and was shown on both the the 1st and 2nd OS maps, but described as 'Old Sheepfold' on the latter. <1>
