Full Description

A 38m length of turf and stone dyke was recorded during the NTS pre-afforestation survey of Kintail and West Affric in 1997. It was c.0.6m wide and c.0.4m high and appeared to have been robbed out elsewhere. It occured at a point where the glen narrowedand was presumably built to restrain stock from the township of Achadhinrean (see MHG34814) straying to the N. <1>
