A memorial to the Irish Picquets is recorded on OS Master Mapping (2019). <1>
The memorial reads:
CULLODEN

16 APRIL 1746
-
"CLANNA RIGHTHE, MACA MILEADH,
DRAGAIN LIOMHTHA IS GAISCIDHIGH"
----
NEAR HERE,
FIGHTING FOR PRINCE CHARLES,
STOOD THE PICKETS
OF THE IRISH FOOT REGIMENTS
IN THE FRENCH SERVICE;
700 YARDS TO THE SOUTH-EAST
WAS A SQUADRON OF
FITZ JAMES'S IRISH HORSE.
THEY SUFFERED HEAVY LOSSES.
