Full Description
Fort Augustus, possible Stables and Smiddy, Building NH 37500 09100 (N corner)
This stone building with a slate roof measures 18m x 6m overall. It has been much altered and now houses toilets, showers and facilities for canal users and also the district supervisor’s office. Recorded in 2014 as part of RCAHMS Scottish Canals Recording Project. <1>
