Full Description

Information from the Treasure Trove database describes the chance find of a medieval spindle whorl which was submitted to TT in 2017 (TT 2017/018). It was a made of a flat stone and broken in half. Sign of wear outside central hole. Fabric a type of schist. 38mm x 8.7mm, 9.4g. It was disclaimed. <1>
