Full Description
Information from the Treasure Trove database describes post-medieval silver coin and a finger ring discovered during metal detecting and submitted to TT in 2013 (TT 2013/094). The coin is of Charles I and the finger ring is made of a base metal. They are awaing allocation. <1>
A medieval silver coin was also discovered during metal detecting and submitted to TT in 2014 (TT 2014/069). No GR is given but the findspot nameis the same as the finds above . It was an Edward I penny, clipped and worn, with no border visible. A modern button and small lead piece were also found. They were disclaimed. <1>
Four figure grid reference given is marginal. Full GRs and specific placename for the finds are held by Treasure Trove. GW 02/07/20
