Full Description
A walkover survey of an area of ancient wood pasture at Laudale House in 2011 recorded a recessed platform. It was 8.3 x 8.1m, with a 0.55m high stone revetment and a 0.8m high rear scarp. There is a well defined drain to the rear, and the surface of the platform is occupied by a rectangular structure, measuring 7.0 x 2.5m on an E–W axis. <1>
