Full Description
Information from the Treasure Trove database describes a medieval seal matrix discovered during metal detecting and submitted in 2016 (TT 214/16). Handle type seal matrix with circular matrix. Handle attachment loop broken. Key as central motif. Legend is fragmented. 21.5mm x 18.7mm. Also a small fragment belt mount with two attachment holes. Allocated to Inverness Museum and Art Gallery. <1>
