Full Description

Information from the Treasure Trove database describes a medieval copper alloy annular brooch and post medieval silver annular brooch pin were discovered during metal detecting and submitted to TT in 2016 (TT 29/16). The brooch had sheet metal form with engraved geometric design on one side, distorted shape. The pin had a sub-oval square sectioned head. They were found within 1m of each other. Allocated to the Tarbat Discovery Centre. See attached TT report for photo and futher details. <1> <2>
