Cutting end of an axe of porphyry, polished, from Grantown, Inverness-shire. It was acquired by the NMS in 1888 (Acc. No. AF 324). <1>
Grid reference is indicative of Grantown-on-Spey area only, precise findspot is unknown. GW 10/07/19
